About Us

GROWTH FACILITATORS have been designing and implementing small, medium and large scale Leadership Development, Workforce/Team Performance, Engagement and associated Organisational Growth Strategies for 25 years.

We specialise in boosting Leadership Performance, Employee Engagement levels, Personal and Team Development, Innovation, Safety Attitudes, and a range of Organisational Development Strategies. Our point of difference is in the way in which we utilise Cognitive and Neuroscience/Neuro-Psychology based research discoveries proven to accelerate improvements in Attitudes, Beliefs, Perceptions and especially improve Mindset related issues hindering and enhancing performance. Neuroplasticity has provided a powerful tool to produce the equivalent of an Operating System (OS) software upgrade in both individuals and groups. Our programs provide these in simple, easy to use packages coupled with the inspiration to use them. Many still underestimate, to their detriment, the magnitude of impact achieved when applying this new science in the workplace. ‘Evidence based’ means highly predictable outcomes.

Lead by Brian Grindrod, GROWTH FACILITATORS consists of a team of experienced and efficacious program implementors, facilitators, trainers and coaches.

GROWTH FACILITATORS clients have grown to include an impressive range of Australia’s most respected organisations (refer client list)

Brian has personally conducted over 400 leadership/performance development, visioning/review and strategic planning sessions in a diverse range of WA, national and international organisations; public, private and community.

Several of our clients have been using our services for 8 -12 yrs and often take us with them as they naturally grow into more senior roles and join new organisations.

Growth Facilitators has often utilised the resources of The Pacific Insitute particularly its Personal & Corporate Development Programs.

State of the Global Workplace – 2023 Gallup Report

THE VOICE OF THE WORLD’S EMPLOYEES
“In 2022, employee engagement and job opportunities surged globally, coming back in line with pre-pandemic historical trends on economic development and growth. The United States and Canada region saw no gain in engagement or job opportunities, having experienced its recovery in 2021. The 2022 data show the rest of the world closing the gap with the U.S./Canada in positive aspects for workers. At the same time, global worker stress remained at a historic high — even as other negative emotions related to the COVID-19 pandemic subsided. This high level of stress may be due to the recovery itself, as many regions of the world struggle to control high inflation.
As organisational leaders endeavor to navigate an uncertain economic outlook, their employees’ stress is impacting productivity and performance. Addressing these wellbeing concerns and improving engagement should be top priorities for the world’s political and business leaders who seek to make the most of the recovery.”
